Conrad is a Workplace Strategy and Change Management expert and thought leader, who is passionate about transforming workplaces into environments where people feel engaged, supported, and empowered. He blends his skills and expertise in workplace design, behavioural psychology, organisational development, and executive coaching to craft ‘workplaces that work’ – human centric environments that not only drive business performance and productivity but also foster a culture of well-
being, inclusion, and growth.
He has extensive experience with corporate organisations, developing informed workplace change programmes and strategies. His cross-disciplinary expertise allows him to approach challenges holistically, ensuring that transformation is not only strategic but also practical and
engaging for all stakeholders.
Conrad is highly proficient in computing and technology across various
disciplines including Ai, data analytics, keynote presentations, design presentations etc.

Conrad served as a Committee Member of the Workplace Change Organisation (WCO).
He is an Executive Coach (accredited level 4/4, Advanced Diploma in Coaching – AADCT).
A licensed Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway© trainer for many years, Conrad developed and delivered motivational sessions to individuals, groups and organisations.
He was also a founding member of IRG (Inspiration & Reinvention Group), bringing together motivation speakers and facilitating and delivering motivational workshops.​
